Leadership Team

Will is the director of care across New Will Care services and has 12 years experience in the children’s social care sector.

He began his career as a residential care worker for one of Britain’s largest independent care providers. Using his time to develop his knowledge of the children’s social care services sector.

Since the start of his career in 2008 Will progressed in his role through various aspects of care settings.

He then played a fundamental part in the setting up of a new service focused on crisis intervention and placement breakdown, offering support for children where no other placements were able to meet their needs. Providing 28-day assessments, identifying stable placement options and offering a smooth and transition to long term placements thereafter.

With key responsibilities including driving service development initiatives. He developed a specialist delivery framework that shaped and supported multi-site management and made a key contribution in driving the organisation’s growth and development strategy.

Through his work Will built a credible network of professional contacts and agencies, building trust and recognition for his commitment to improving support services for children and young people.

He has now been key in the creation of New Will Care Services. Realising an organic growth initiative, focused on providing bespoke child focused emergency and crisis intervention services with regulatory capability.
