Training & CPD

All our staff undertake regular training in a variety of areas meeting all OFSTED mandatory training requirements as well as undertaking specific training to meet individual needs for young people.

We are a fully qualified team having achieved NVQ level 5 Health and social care and children's and young people's services as part of the management team to NVQ level 3/4 as part of the field and transport teams.

We are trained by local Authority provider to ensure we are working to the same standards/ ethos as our clients offering assurance that our team will mirror the practices of local authority staff and offer the highest level of support to our service users.
