New Will Care has its own in-house quality assurance team which conducts regular audits, spot checks and observations to ensure only the highest quality service. This enables the people who rely on us, can do so with total confidence in our services.

We are also happy to support any external Quality Assurance checks to take place at any time and the opportunities for developing and improving our systems in the delivery of expert Trauma Informed Care.

Areas of proven good practice are expanded upon and areas of improvement are acted upon. 

Written policies and procedures are in place to ensure that service delivery meets the all legal requirements.

As part of our practice we seek active feedback from all agencies that we have worked with, on all aspects of services provided and welcome this at all times.
