Our staff have been trained in communication techniques that ensure positive interactions with the young people we support. This enables the young person in crisis to feel safe, secure and have open communication with our expert team who are supporting them. 

We aim to work with all agencies, Local Authorities, Private providers, Police and third sector support services to provide a person-centred approach that is tailored to the needs of the individual in crisis to the highest possible standards.

All services that New Will Care provide are bespoke and tailored to the individual needs of the young person who is in crisis, our services are expertly risk assessed to ensure that their needs are being met by a highly trained and motivated team that have Trauma informed Care at the heart of their practice.

Our staff are trained to exceptionally high standards and always have access to Continuous Professional Development.
